About The Position

BAYADA is seeking Physical Therapists to join its Early Intervention and Pediatric team in Delaware. The role provides therapy to children in natural environments, including homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, and libraries. Therapists partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style and empower caregivers with tools to support children’s development. The position offers schedule flexibility and the ability to choose a geographic coverage area. The posting describes part-time work as 25 or more visits per week and per-diem work as five visits per week.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care.

Responsibilities
