About The Position
BAYADA is seeking Physical Therapists to join its Early Intervention and Pediatric team in Delaware. The role provides therapy to children in natural environments, including homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, and libraries. Therapists use a coaching-based interaction style to partner with families and equip caregivers to support children’s development. The position offers scheduling flexibility, with part-time and per-diem options, and compensation of up to $80 per visit. Infant and NICU experience is a plus.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in good standing.
- Passion for family-centered, community-based care.

- Infant and NICU experience.
- Birth-to-Five and/or Home Care experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style.
- Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development.
- Deliver therapy in natural environments such as homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, and libraries.
- Use electronic documentation for each visit.
- Complete weekly scheduled visits.
