About The Position

BAYADA is seeking Physical Therapists to join its Early Intervention and Pediatric team in Delaware, providing therapy to infants and children in community-based settings. The role offers flexible scheduling, with clinicians choosing their availability and geographic coverage area. The posting describes part-time work as 25 or more visits per week and per-diem work as five visits per week, with compensation of up to $80 per visit. Physical Therapists partner with families using a coaching-based approach and support caregivers in promoting children’s development. Visits take place in natural environments such as homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, and libraries. Therapists complete electronic documentation for each visit and conduct weekly scheduled visits. BAYADA provides onboarding, clinical support, continuing education reimbursement, and an office team to support clinicians in the field.

Requirements

Active Physical Therapist license in good standing.
Passion for family-centered, community-based care.

Nice To Haves

Infant and NICU experience.
Birth-to-Five and/or Home Care experience.
