Occupational Therapist- Pediatric Visits
About The Position
BAYADA is seeking Occupational Therapists to join its Early Intervention and Pediatric team in Delaware, covering Hockessin through Wilmington. The role provides family-centered, community-based therapy to children in natural environments, including homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, and libraries. Therapists partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style and empower caregivers with tools to support children’s development. The position offers scheduling flexibility, with therapists setting their schedules according to their availability and choosing their geographic coverage area. Part-time positions are described as 25 or more visits per week, and per-diem positions as 5 or more visits per week. Compensation is up to $80 per visit, with benefits and clinical support.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing.
- Passion for family-centered, community-based care.
Nice To Haves
- Birth-to-Five and/or Home Care experience preferred.
