About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a new graduate Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes in Sierra Vista, Arizona. The role includes a structured orientation, dedicated clinical support, and mentorship from experienced physical therapists to help new graduates transition from school to independent practice. Physical therapists help clients remain safe and independent at home through individualized assessment, treatment, education, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals. The position offers flexible scheduling, autonomy, manageable territories, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and access to clinical education and professional development. A retention bonus of up to $30,000 is offered for full-time employment. BAYADA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and employees may qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in Arizona.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients’ functional status and mobility.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and safety.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in patients’ homes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility, fall prevention, and home safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Complete timely electronic documentation while maintaining high standards of patient care.
