About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and motivated new graduate Physical Therapists to provide home health care to adult and geriatric clients in Sierra Vista, Arizona. The role includes structured orientation, clinical support, and mentorship from experienced physical therapists to support the transition from school to independent practice. Therapists provide one-on-one care in patients’ homes, helping them remain safe and independent. A retention bonus of up to $30,000 is offered for full-time employment. BAYADA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit employer, and employees may qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in Arizona.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients’ functional status and mobility.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and safety.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in patients’ homes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about exercises, mobility, fall prevention, and home safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Complete timely electronic documentation while maintaining high standards of patient care.
