Physical Therapist - New Graduate Opportunity
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring new graduate Physical Therapists to provide one-on-one home health care to adult and geriatric clients in Atlantic County. The role includes structured orientation, dedicated clinical support, and mentorship from experienced PTs to help new graduates transition to independent practice. Physical Therapists treat patients in their homes, supporting independence and safety while building meaningful patient relationships. The position offers flexible scheduling and autonomy, manageable territories, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and access to clinical education and professional development.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
- Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients' functional status and mobility.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and safety.
- Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in patients' homes.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility, fall prevention, and home safety.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Complete timely electronic documentation while maintaining high standards of patient care.
