Physical Therapist - New Graduate Opportunity
About The Position
BAYADA at Cape Regional is seeking compassionate and motivated new graduate Physical Therapists to provide one-on-one home health care to adult and geriatric clients in Cape May County. The role supports new graduates as they transition from a Doctor of Physical Therapy program to independent practice through structured orientation, clinical support, and mentorship from experienced physical therapists and clinical managers. Physical Therapists connect directly with patients, helping them remain safe and independent in their homes while developing meaningful patient relationships. The position offers flexible scheduling and autonomy, manageable territories, and access to clinical education and continuing development opportunities.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
- Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients' functional status and mobility.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and safety.
- Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in patients' homes.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility, fall prevention, and home safety.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Complete timely electronic documentation while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
