Physical Therapist - New Graduate Opportunity
About The Position
BAYADA at Inspira Home Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated new graduate Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes in Cumberland County. The role offers structured orientation, clinical support, and mentorship from experienced physical therapists and clinical managers to help new graduates transition to independent practice. Home health care provides the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships and help individuals remain safe and independent at home. The position includes flexible scheduling and autonomy, manageable territories, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Base pay is $55.00–$65.00 per point, with stated annual earning potential of $85,800–$101,400; compensation depends on qualifications, status, territory, market alignment, and negotiation.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
- Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients’ functional status and mobility.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and safety.
- Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in patients’ homes.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility, fall prevention, and home safety.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Complete timely electronic documentation while maintaining high standards of patient care.
