About The Position

This is a 13-week travel assignment for an Outpatient Physical Therapist in Fort Bragg, California. The role involves delivering about 40 hours per week on day shifts (8 hours) in a hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities

Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions, while meeting department objectives.
Serves as co-leader in interdisciplinary approaches to patient groups, coordinating with team members across disciplines.
Assess and document patient status, adjust treatment plans, and track progress toward established goals.
Implement evidence-based PT interventions for outpatient populations, including neuromuscular re-education, gait training, and functional mobility activities.
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, activity modification, and preventive strategies to sustain gains.
Ensure compliance with department standards, safety protocols, and documentation requirements.
