About The Position

As a Physical Therapist with Mercy Health Home Care and Hospice by Compassus, you will use AI-supported documentation to provide focused, patient-centered therapy while reducing administrative workload. The technology enables real-time documentation of therapy sessions and more efficient review of outcomes, helping you spend more time providing hands-on, compassionate care and less time on after-hours documentation. It also supports an efficient, technology-driven workflow for meeting care standards.

You will conduct therapy sessions tailored to patients’ mobility and recovery goals, use AI systems to accurately capture therapy progress in real time, and connect with patients without being distracted by documentation tasks. The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and an active, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in the state or states of employment. National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required within 30 days of hire; two years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting is highly preferred.

Requirements
