About The Position

The Home Health Physical Therapist provides one-on-one care to patients in their homes, helping them gain strength and independence so they can participate in desired daily activities and remain in their homes. The role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to see firsthand how therapy affects patients’ daily lives. The position is part of Compassus’s home-based care team and its inclusive, supportive culture.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.
Current state license as a Physical Therapist.
Valid driver’s license.
Current CPR certification.
Negative TB screen and Hepatitis consent or declination.
Two years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
Therapy skills consistent with generally accepted standards of practice.
Good interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of durable medical equipment.
