About The Position

Ascension at Home, together with Compassus, is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one care in patients’ homes. Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.
Current state license as a Physical Therapist.
Valid driver’s license.
Current CPR certification.
Negative TB screen.
Hepatitis consent or declination.
Two years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
Therapy skills consistent with generally accepted standards of practice.
Good interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of durable medical equipment.
