About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management. Before launch, comprehensive training will be provided in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. Experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics will offer guidance and support.

Requirements

Must have a Physical Therapist license.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Ready to build and lead a startup clinic.
Willingness to become an Equity Partner.

Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
Utilize ScribeIQ (AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and spend more quality time with patients.
Participate in leadership and team development training.
Engage in recruiting and interviewing.
Manage clinic operations and financial aspects.
Conduct community outreach and referral growth activities.
Build and retain a strong team culture.
