About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and RCM. The position involves training in leadership, team development, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. Clinicians will benefit from AI documentation tools to reduce administrative time and have access to Teammate Resource Groups, a De Novo Business School for clinic management, a Clinical Career Ladder, and multiple residency and specialty programs.

Requirements

• Must possess a Physical Therapist license.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
