About The Position
Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider. You will have a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience. Ivy Rehab provides comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Before launch, you will receive training in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. Experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics will provide guidance and support.
Requirements
- License Required: Yes - Physical Therapist
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic
- Ability to manage clinic operations and financial aspects
- Skills in leadership and team development
- Experience in recruiting and interviewing
- Proficiency in community outreach and referral growth
- Ability to build and retain a strong team culture

- Train and develop leadership and team development skills.
- Recruit and interview potential team members.
- Manage clinic operations and financial aspects.
- Engage in community outreach and referral growth.
- Build and retain a strong team culture.
- Utilize ScribeIQ (AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and spend more quality time with patients.
- Participate in Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs).
