About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists who are ready to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management. The position involves training in leadership, team development, operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building, with guidance from experienced leaders. A key feature is the use of ScribeIQ, an AI documentation tool, to reduce administrative time and allow for more patient interaction. The company also offers Teammate Resource Groups, a De Novo Business School for clinic management, a Clinical Career Ladder, and multiple residency and specialty programs.

Requirements

Must be a licensed Physical Therapist.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic.
Ability to partner with a national provider.
Willingness to be trained in leadership, operations, and financial management.
Ability to engage in community outreach and referral growth.
Commitment to building culture and retaining teammates.
