About The Position
Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner in Taunton, Massachusetts. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management. Before launch, comprehensive training will be provided in leadership, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. Experienced leaders will mentor new partners to ensure confidence and support.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic.
- Ability to partner with a national provider.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
- Desire for equity ownership and direct benefit from clinic success.

Responsibilities
- Build and lead a startup physical therapy clinic.
- Serve as an Equity Partner, with a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience.
