About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with a voice in location, culture, team development, and patient experience. Ivy Rehab provides comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Before launch, extensive training will be provided in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. Experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics will mentor and support new partners.

Requirements

Must be a licensed Physical Therapist.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic.
Ability to partner with a company that has successfully opened over 400 clinics nationwide.
Commitment to providing exceptional care for every patient.
Desire to be an Equity Partner.

Recruit and interview potential team members.
Manage clinic operations and financial aspects.

Provide world-class physical therapy care.
Utilize ScribeIQ (AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and increase patient interaction.
Participate in clinical career ladder advancements.
Engage in multiple residency and specialty programs, some partnered with HSS.
