About The Position

NovaCare Rehabilitation is hiring a full-time outpatient Physical Therapist at its orthopedic center in Mullica Hill, New Jersey. The center has two physical therapists and front-desk support and serves a diverse patient population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. The role may offer the opportunity to become Center Manager for the right candidate.

The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, with no weekends. Compensation is $80,000–$95,000 annually, based on experience, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus and $350 per month in student loan assistance. Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited school.
• Valid state Physical Therapist license.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training, and maintain compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the Center Manager.
