About The Position

NovaCare Rehabilitation is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic center in Mullica Hill, New Jersey. The center has two physical therapists and front-desk support, and serves a diverse patient population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. The role is scheduled Monday through Friday, with no weekends. The salary range is $80,000–$95,000 annually, based on experience, and the position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and $350 per month in student loan assistance. The right candidate could have the opportunity to become Center Manager.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited school.
• Valid state Physical Therapist license.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient treatment.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
