About The Position
Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists who are ready to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management. Before launch, extensive training will be provided in leadership, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. Experienced leaders will mentor new clinic directors to ensure confidence and support before opening.
Requirements
- License Required: Yes - Physical Therapist
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic
- Ability to partner with a company that has successfully opened 400+ clinics nationwide
- Commitment to providing exceptional care for every patient

Responsibilities
