Physical Therapist (PT) FT | Orange City Rehab
About The Position
PAM Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to care for a diverse patient population at its Orange City rehabilitation hospital. The role involves three weekday shifts and Saturday/Sunday. The ideal candidate has inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn. Therapists work with patients from admission through discharge, build relationships, focus on individual goals, and follow patients’ progress throughout rehabilitation. The hospital, opened in 2025, has Tyromotion equipment, inpatient and outpatient therapy gyms, spacious patient rooms, and an outdoor therapy space for ambulation, stair training, and functional mobility. The Physical Therapist is responsible for patient management and for the delivery, direction, and supervision of care in an age-appropriate manner. Care must follow the applicable state Physical Therapy Practice Act, professional code of ethics, and PAM Health policies, procedures, and guidelines. The therapist may also help develop and participate in disease-specific programs. Other related duties may be assigned or requested.
Requirements
- Physical Therapist license in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
- Current BLS certification.

- Prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.
- One year of clinical experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage patients and their care.

- Help develop and participate in disease-specific programs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
