Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - FT Days | Orange City Rehab
About The Position
PAM Health is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide care to a diverse patient population at its Orange City rehabilitation hospital. The PTA provides direct patient care under the direction of a Physical Therapist and plans and implements treatment programs for individual patients in accordance with Physical Therapy principles and practices and the PAM Health System. The role also contributes to further development of therapy services and requires flexibility to meet system needs across different facilities. The hospital opened in 2025 and features state-of-the-art equipment, including Tyromotion, spacious patient rooms, inpatient and outpatient therapy gyms, and an outdoor therapy space for ambulation, stair training, and functional mobility. PAM Health cares for chronically and critically ill patients who need extended hospital care, and its teams support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey from admission through discharge.
Requirements
- PTA license in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
- Current BLS certification.

- One year of clinical experience is preferred.
- Prior inpatient hospital experience, or a desire and commitment to learn.
Responsibilities
