About The Position
PAM Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide care to a diverse patient population at PAM Health Orange City, a rehabilitation hospital opened in 2025. The role offers the opportunity to build relationships with patients, focus on individual goals, and follow their progress through rehabilitation. The ideal candidate has prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn. The Occupational Therapist provides direct patient care and plans and implements age-appropriate treatment programs for individual patients in accordance with occupational therapy principles and practices and PAM Health System requirements. The therapist also contributes to further development of services and must be flexible to meet the System’s needs across different facilities. Other related duties may be assigned or requested. The facility features Tyromotion equipment, spacious patient rooms, inpatient and outpatient therapy gyms, and an outdoor therapy space for ambulation, stair training, functional mobility, and related activities. Requirements
- Be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
- Hold current BLS certification.
Nice To Haves
- Prior inpatient hospital experience, or a desire and commitment to learn.
- One year of clinical experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care.
