About The Position

PAM Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide care to a diverse patient population at PAM Health Orange City, a rehabilitation hospital opened in 2025. The role focuses on direct patient care, planning and implementing individualized, age-appropriate treatment programs according to occupational therapy principles and practices within the PAM Health System. The Occupational Therapist will also contribute to further development of services and must be flexible to meet system needs across different facilities.

The position offers the opportunity to work with patients from admission through discharge, build relationships with them, and follow their rehabilitation progress. The therapist may help develop and participate in disease-specific programs. Orange City offers state-of-the-art equipment, including Tyromotion; spacious patient rooms; inpatient and outpatient therapy gyms; an outdoor therapy space for ambulation, stair training, and functional mobility; and a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
• Current BLS certification is required.

Nice To Haves

• One year of clinical experience is preferred.
• Prior inpatient hospital experience, or a desire and commitment to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care.

• Participate in the further development of services.
• Remain flexible to meet the needs of the system across different facilities.
