About The Position
PAM Health is hiring an Occupational Therapist for its new Aiken rehabilitation hospital, opening this fall. The role provides occupational therapy care to chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care. The Occupational Therapist delivers direct patient care and plans and implements age-appropriate treatment programs for individual patients in accordance with occupational therapy principles and PAM Health System practices. The role also contributes to the further development of services and requires flexibility to meet system needs across different facilities. Other related duties may be assigned or requested. The position is suited to a candidate with prior inpatient hospital experience or a commitment to learn. Requirements
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
- Current BLS certification required.
Nice To Haves
- One year of clinical experience preferred.
- Prior inpatient hospital experience, or a desire and commitment to learn.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate treatment programs for individual patients according to occupational therapy principles and PAM Health System practices.

- Remain flexible to meet the needs of the System across different facilities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
