About The Position
Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner in Waltham, Massachusetts. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with a voice in location, culture, team development, and patient experience. Ivy Rehab provides comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Before the clinic launch, extensive training will be provided in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and team retention. Experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics will guide the new partner. The position utilizes ScribeIQ, an AI documentation tool, to reduce documentation time and allow for more patient interaction. Ivy Rehab also offers Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs) and a De Novo Business School for clinic opening and growth, along with a Clinical Career Ladder and multiple residency and specialty programs.
Requirements
- Must possess a Physical Therapist license.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.

- Ability to partner with a national outpatient therapy provider.
