About The Position

Results PT in Antioch, Tennessee, is hiring a Physical Therapist for its outpatient orthopedic team under its Visit-Based-Earnings (ViBE) offering. The role lets clinicians control their caseload and work schedule, with weekday, weekend, morning, and evening availability. Part-time schedules are 1–29 hours per week, and full-time schedules are 30–40 hours per week.

Compensation is $45 per completed evaluation and $30 per completed follow-up visit. Requirements

• Active or pending Physical Therapist license in Tennessee, or eligibility for licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT, MPT, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy care.
• Manage a caseload according to personal weekly and hourly capacity while maintaining excellence in care delivery and coding.
• Complete patient evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Use the provided documentation and scheduling systems.
