Physical Therapist - Visit Based Earnings
About The Position
Results PT is hiring a Physical Therapist for its outpatient orthopedic clinic in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Through the Visit-Based-Earnings (ViBE) offering, therapists control their caseload and work schedule, with the option to see as few or as many patients as their weekly and hourly capacity allows while maintaining excellence in care delivery and coding. Compensation is $45 per completed evaluation and $30 per completed follow-up visit. The role includes systems designed to reduce time spent on documentation and scheduling, data-informed care, and structured onboarding and support. Full-time and part-time schedule options are available, with weekday, weekend, morning, evening, and other flexible scheduling options. Results PT is part of the Upstream Rehabilitation family of brands, which provides centralized administrative support, technology, and a national network of clinics and clinicians.
Requirements
- Active or pending Physical Therapist license in Tennessee, or eligibility to obtain one.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and provide follow-up visits.
- Manage a caseload according to personal weekly and hourly capacity while maintaining excellence in care delivery and coding.
- Complete clinical documentation and scheduling using the provided systems.
