About The Position
Results (Ascension - Saint Thomas), part of the Upstream Rehabilitation family of brands, is hiring a Physical Therapist for its outpatient orthopedic clinic in Clarksville, Tennessee. The Visit-Based-Earnings (ViBE) offering gives therapists control over their caseload and schedule, with the opportunity to work within their weekly and hourly capacity while maintaining quality care and coding standards. Compensation is $45 per completed evaluation and $30 per completed follow-up visit. Scheduling and documentation systems are designed to reduce administrative time, and structured onboarding and support help therapists get started. The organization provides central administrative support, clinical outcome data, technology, and a national network while retaining the feel of a local clinic.
Requirements
- Active or pending Physical Therapist license in Tennessee, or eligibility to obtain one.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy evaluations and follow-up visits.
- Deliver excellent care and maintain appropriate coding while managing a caseload within personal weekly and hourly capacity.
- Help patients return to the activities that are important to them.
