About The Position
Results (Ascension - Saint Thomas), part of the Upstream Rehabilitation family of brands, is hiring a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic setting in Clarksville, Tennessee. The Visit-Based-Earnings (ViBE) offering lets therapists control their caseload and schedule, seeing as few or as many patients as their weekly and hourly capacity allows while maintaining excellence in care delivery and coding. Compensation is $45 per completed evaluation and $30 per completed follow-up visit. The role offers flexible scheduling, with mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekends available. The organization provides efficient documentation and scheduling systems, structured onboarding and support, and a data-informed care model. Central support teams handle administrative work so clinicians can focus on patients, themselves, and their teams. Part-time and full-time schedule options are available.
Requirements
- Active or pending Physical Therapist license in Tennessee, or eligibility for licensure.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy care in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
- Manage a patient caseload according to personal weekly and hourly capacity while maintaining high standards of care and coding.
- Complete patient evaluations and follow-up visits.
