Results PT is hiring a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Antioch, Tennessee. Under its Visit-Based-Earnings (ViBE) offering, the therapist controls their caseload and schedule, choosing how many patients to see within their weekly and hourly capacity while maintaining high standards of care and coding. Schedules may include mornings, evenings, weekdays, or weekends, with full-time and part-time options. Compensation is $45 per completed evaluation and $30 per completed follow-up visit. Requirements

• Active or pending Physical Therapist license in Tennessee, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Manage a caseload and patient volume according to personal weekly and hourly capacity.
• Maintain excellence in care delivery and coding.
• Complete patient evaluations and follow-up visits.
