About The Position
Results PT is hiring a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic role in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, through its Visit-Based-Earnings (ViBE) offering. Clinicians control their caseload and can work within their weekly and hourly capacity while maintaining quality care and coding. Compensation is $45 per completed evaluation and $30 per completed follow-up visit. The role offers scheduling flexibility, systems designed to reduce documentation time, structured onboarding and support, and data-informed care focused on patient outcomes. Part-time and full-time schedule options are available, with work possible on weekdays or weekends and mornings or evenings. Results (Ascension - Saint Thomas) is part of the Upstream Rehabilitation family of brands, whose central support teams handle administrative work so clinicians can focus on patients and their teams.
Requirements
- Active or pending Physical Therapist license in Tennessee, or eligibility for licensure.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
Responsibilities
