About The Position

The Clinic Manager uses evidence-based techniques to evaluate, plan, and administer treatment programs that help patients recover. The role serves patients across specialties including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine. It combines physical therapy care with clinic leadership, budget performance, referral generation, and community relationship-building.

Requirements

• Graduate of an APTA- or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
• State licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care that empowers patients to exceed their functional outcomes.
• Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Meet and exceed the clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices.
• Build positive connections with patients, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.
• Grow the clinic and encourage quality care from all clinic team members.
