About The Position

The Clinic Manager delivers evidence-based physical therapy care, evaluating patients and planning and administering treatment programs to help them recover. The role serves patients across specialties including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine. The manager is also responsible for clinic performance, community relationships, and supporting quality care by clinic team members.

Requirements

• Graduate of an APTA- or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
• State licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to help each patient exceed functional outcomes.
• Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Meet and exceed the clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices.
• Demonstrate positive connections with patients, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.
• Grow the clinic and encourage quality care delivered by all clinic team members.
