About The Position

Join PT Solutions as a Clinic Manager and use evidence-based techniques to help transform patients’ lives. The role involves evaluating, planning, and administering treatment programs to support patient recovery, working with a range of specialties including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine. The Clinic Manager is also responsible for clinic performance, community relationships, and fostering positive connections with patients and colleagues.

Requirements

• Graduate of an APTA- or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
• State licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care that empowers patients to exceed their functional outcomes.
• Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Meet and exceed the clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices.
• Build positive connections with patients, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.
• Support clinic growth and encourage quality care from all clinic team members.
