About The Position
TheraDynamics is hiring a Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing setting. The therapist will evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and general deconditioning. The role includes developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with nursing, physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to help patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes and return to their highest level of independence. TheraDynamics describes its caseloads as manageable and supports clinical autonomy and evidence-based care. New graduates are encouraged to apply and receive structured mentorship.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or a Master's degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Current or eligible for a New York State physical therapy license.
- Passion for geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
