About The Position

NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate, driven pelvic health physical therapist for its outpatient physical therapy center in Elk River, Minnesota. The role focuses on improving access to and the quality of pelvic health rehabilitation, delivering an exceptional patient experience, and helping patients return to athletics, work, daily life, and the activities they enjoy. The therapist will join a national network of specialty-trained pelvic health clinicians and contribute to developing best practices. The schedule is Monday through Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Starting compensation is $75,000–$100,000, depending on experience; welcome bonuses and a student debt benefit program may also be available.

Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
Outpatient orthopedic and pelvic health clinical experience.
Current physical therapist license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient treatment.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
