About The Position
A Chiropractor is sought for a busy, established practice that has served the Elk River community for 31 years. The role offers an $85,000 annual base salary, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities. The chiropractor will provide patient care and may gradually assume greater office responsibility as the owner approaches retirement. There is potential to discuss a future office transition with the retiring owner.
Requirements
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited program.
- Active Minnesota chiropractic license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong adjusting, communication, and patient relationship skills.
- A dependable, collaborative approach and commitment to quality care.
- Interest in a long-term role with the potential to lead the office.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized chiropractic treatment plans.
- Provide adjustments using Activator, Diversified full-spine, and drop-table techniques.
- Educate patients on home exercises, wellness, and maintaining their progress.
- Monitor patient outcomes and maintain timely, accurate documentation.
- Work with the office team to deliver a welcoming, efficient patient experience.
- Gradually take on greater responsibility for the office as the owner transitions toward retirement.
