About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, based at one of its neighborhood branches in Elk River or Monticello, Minnesota. The role provides structured, hands-on training, mentoring, and support to prepare the trainee to eventually run a branch, develop a team, and cultivate new business. The trainee serves customers and business partners while learning branch operations and developing skills in customer service, sales and marketing, and finance. The position offers a career path with opportunities for advancement through promotion from within. The stated targeted first-year annual compensation is $54,329.24, based on an average 46-hour work week.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least one year of experience in sales and customer service, such as commission sales, retail, restaurant or service work, or hospitality; or in leadership, such as military, athletics or team activities, or community, social or academic organizations.
• Valid driver's license, with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
• No drug- or alcohol-related driving convictions (DWI/DUI) in the past three years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer- and partner-facing representative of Enterprise and support behind-the-scenes branch operations.
• Learn the business through a structured, hands-on management training program.
• Develop the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
• Build relationships in the community that support business development.
• Learn and apply customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations practices.
• Put customers first.
