About The Position

NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate, driven pelvic health physical therapist for its outpatient physical therapy center in Monticello, Minnesota. The role focuses on improving access to and the quality of pelvic health rehabilitation, delivering an exceptional patient experience, and helping patients return to athletics, work, and the activities they enjoy. The clinician will join a national network of specialty-trained pelvic health therapists and contribute to developing best practices while providing high-quality care in the communities served. The schedule is Monday through Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Starting compensation is $75,000–$100,000, depending on experience. Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
Outpatient orthopedic pelvic health clinical experience.
Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training, and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient treatment.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
