About The Position
NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and driven pelvic health physical therapist for its outpatient physical therapy center in Sartell, Minnesota. The role focuses on improving access to and the quality of pelvic health rehabilitation. The therapist will provide patient-centered care to help patients return to athletics, work, daily life, and the activities they enjoy. The position is part of a national network of specialty-trained pelvic health therapists, with support for clinicians seeking to deliver high-quality care and contribute to developing best practices. The schedule is Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Starting compensation is $75,000–$100,000, depending on experience. Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- Outpatient orthopedic pelvic health clinical experience.
- Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
- CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
- Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
