About The Position

NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and driven pelvic health physical therapist for its outpatient physical therapy center in Sartell, Minnesota. The position focuses on improving access to and the quality of pelvic health rehabilitation, while providing an exceptional patient experience and helping patients return to athletics, work, daily life, and the activities they enjoy. The therapist will join Select Medical’s national network of specialty-trained pelvic health clinicians and contribute to developing best practices.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends. Compensation starts at $75,000 and may reach $100,000 or more, commensurate with experience. A sign-on bonus and student debt relief programs may be available. Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.
• For current students: outpatient clinical rotation.
• For practicing clinicians: outpatient experience within the last five years.

• Pelvic Health certification through Herman Wallace or APTA Credentialed programming.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Evaluate and treat patients, direct their care, and document treatment.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
