About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate and driven pelvic health physical therapist for its outpatient physical therapy center in West Hartford, Connecticut. The role focuses on improving access to and the quality of pelvic health rehabilitation, while helping patients return to athletics, work, daily life, and activities they enjoy. The organization offers mentorship to new graduates interested in pelvic health and welcomes experienced pelvic floor physical therapists. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday; PRN and part-time opportunities are also available. Compensation is $85,000 to $100,000 based on experience, with a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 and a student debt program.

The therapist will join a national network of specialty-trained pelvic health clinicians. Select supports clinicians who aim to provide a high level of care and contribute to developing best practices. Team resources include mentorship, local and national clinical support, career paths for clinical and professional growth, paid national certifications, and opportunities for internal movement across the organization’s centers.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current physical therapist license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure in that state.
• CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of pelvic floor physical therapy experience is preferred.
• New graduates with an interest in pelvic health are welcome to receive mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Evaluate and treat patients, direct their care, and document treatment.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
