About The Position

Saco Bay PT is seeking a compassionate and driven pelvic health physical therapist for its outpatient physical therapy center in Freeport, Maine. The role focuses on improving access to and the quality of pelvic health rehabilitation, delivering an exceptional patient experience, and helping patients return to athletics, work, daily life, and activities they enjoy. The clinician will join a national network of specialty-trained pelvic health therapists and contribute to high-quality care and the development of best practices. The organization offers a mentorship program, student debt repayment, clinical support locally and nationally, career paths for clinical and professional growth, paid national certifications, and opportunities for internal movement across its centers. Compensation is $80,000–$110,000 based on experience, with a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000.

Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
