About The Position

Therapy Partners of North Texas is hiring a full-time Pelvic Health Physical Therapist for its outpatient clinic in Fort Worth. Requirements

• PT degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Texas PT license or ability to obtain one.

Nice To Haves

• Experience or coursework in pelvic health; Herman & Wallace or APTA experience/coursework preferred.
• New graduates with a strong interest in pelvic health are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pelvic floor dysfunction for men and women, including incontinence, bowel dysfunction, pre- and post-natal issues, and related conditions.
• Design customized treatment plans using manual therapy, exercise, and education.
• Collaborate with referring providers and the clinic team.
• Educate and empower patients on their wellness journey.

Benefits

• Base salary of $80,000–$85,000 for new graduates, or $85,000–$90,000 with the Therapist Incentive Program (TIP), plus sign-on bonus options.
• Base salary of $85,000–$92,000 for experienced clinicians, based on experience, or $90,000–$100,000+ with TIP, plus sign-on bonus options.
