About The Position

NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and driven pelvic health physical therapist for its outpatient physical therapy center in Sartell, Minnesota. The role focuses on improving access to and the quality of pelvic health rehabilitation, providing an exceptional patient experience, and helping patients return to athletics, work, daily life, and activities they love. The therapist will join a national network of specialty-trained pelvic health therapists and contribute to high-quality care and the development of best practices. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, with no weekends. Compensation starts at $75,000 and may be $100,000 or more, commensurate with experience. A sign-on bonus and student debt relief programs may be available. Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
Current students must have completed an outpatient clinical rotation.
Practicing clinicians must have outpatient experience within the last five years.
Current physical therapist license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure.
CPR certification.

Pelvic Health certification through Herman Wallace or APTA Credentialed programming.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient treatment.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
