About The Position
NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate, driven pelvic health physical therapist for its outpatient physical therapy center in Rogers, Minnesota. The role focuses on improving access to and the quality of pelvic health rehabilitation, delivering an exceptional patient experience, and helping patients return to athletics, work, daily life, and activities they enjoy. The therapist will join a national network of specialty-trained pelvic health clinicians and contribute to high-quality care and the development of best practices. The schedule is Monday through Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Starting compensation is $75,000–$100,000, depending on experience. Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- Outpatient orthopedic pelvic health clinical experience.
- Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
- CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient treatment.
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
- Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
