About The Position

NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and driven pelvic health physical therapist for its outpatient physical therapy center in Buffalo, Minnesota. The role focuses on improving access to and the quality of pelvic health rehabilitation, while delivering an exceptional patient experience and helping patients return to athletics, work, daily life, and activities they enjoy. The therapist will join a national network of specialty-trained pelvic health clinicians and contribute to developing best practices in pelvic health care. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with working hours between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Starting compensation is $75,000–$100,000, pending experience. Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient treatment.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
